Perfect
My new quest 3 kinda sucked because of the poor strap it came with. It put too much pressure on my forehead, but this strap fixes that, and it sits more tight than the default strap. Overall a great strap, and good quality.

Good and solid as was the head strap for my Quest 2, hence I had no hesitatiion in buying again from Kiwi
I have the Kiwi on both my Quest 2's. They're the most comfortable strap I've used. When Kiwi announced they had it available for the Quest 3 I immediately bought one. It's definitely as good as the Quest 2 strap, and 100% better than the default strap Meta ships with the Quest 3.
