I had an issue with the charging dock where one of the controllers wasn’t charging properly. At first, I didn’t hear back from customer service, but after a delay, they got in touch and offered to send me a replacement part. The new one works perfectly, and I really appreciate that they followed through. The dock itself looks great, keeps everything organized, and now charges both controllers without any problem.

Easy charging connections with magnetic inserts. Compact design without any silly un-needed lights or such. So far, very happy with purchase.
I just love this stand, a place to lay the headset when not using it. It charges my ps5 and psvr controllers. It nice to stand next to my tv so my headset is not laying around. I would recommend buying this just because its easy to use and a good place to rest the headset.
