Where does the time go? Having the extra battery capacity adds both counter balance to the headset and also add extra play time. I was playing a game on the Quest 3 for four hours straight without noticing it.

The stand with charging magnet is a great way to charge both headset and battery pack without the need to plug in anything. Just place the headset on the stand and walk away.

I ordered the SPC charging combo directly from Kiwi China and even with the long travelling route via multiple postal services, the package arrived un-damaged, and to be honest, the product is really well packaged anyway, so no worries at this level.

Overall a great product, really happy with it.

As for the charging issue of your SPC Battery Strap, we asked our engineers and we'll give you a more official explanation.

We tested the charging effect in the development of both products.

Firstly, the magnetic cable on the cradle will prioritise power to the Quest 3 and after about 3 hours the Quest 3 will be charged to 90%-100%, then, due to the lower power transfer from the magnetic cable, you will need to wait 1-2 hours for the current from the cradle to be transferred to the SPC Battery Head Strap.

Secondly, after another 5 hours or so, your SPC Battery Strap will be fully charged. So, in our testing, it almost took 10 hours to charge both the Quest 3 and the SPC Battery Head Strap using the cradle.

If you use Stand to charge only Quest 3, then the charging time is around 2.5-3 hours.
If you use Stand to charge only the SPC Battery Strap, it takes 5-5.5 hours to fully charge.
If you use a USB-C cable to charge your SPC Battery Strap, then the charging time is in the range of 3-3.5 hours.

Of course, we also tested charging the Stand using a higher-powered cable, and in that case the Stand fully charged the Quest 3 and SPC Battery Head Strap a little bit faster, so you'll want to fully charge the SPC Battery Head Strap even faster, and we'd recommend that you use a 60w or above charger and a 45w or above USB-C to C cable.

Actually, we'd like to make a common sense statement that charging slowly will help extend the life of your battery cells.

Very robust , functioniing

The strap is amazing I've never had an issue with it charges great works fantastic and gives me 6 hours of play time only problem I have with the entire thing is the charging stand due to the fact if you plug into the charging stand itself it does not charge fast enough
