    Good product but shipping company

    I bought the product a month ago but it arrived today. the product is very good. It really relaxes my head a lot. It became very easy to install and it extends the charging time of the device much longer than I expected, but the cargo company you deal with in Turkey is really terrible and disgusting. In less than 10 days it arrived in the country, but it didn't reach my house for 20 days. As if that wasn't enough, the customs tax, which should normally be 30%, was 120%. When I objected, they said they would not reduce the tax even though there was definitely a mistake about the tax and they were authorized to do so. They told me that I could return it if I wanted to, but that I would have to pay a return fee abroad. So I had to pay more customs tax than the price of the product. I paid more tax than the product. It would be better if you deal with a fast, reliable and customer-friendly shipping company like HepsiJet or Kolay Gelsin instead of the disgusting cargo company called PTT from Turkey.

    Really good

    Its comfortable. Well balanced. Battery time increase is massive. Much easier to put on as you can wind it up at the back.

    Well worth the money.
