Q:Is the material soft? I'm afraid it will scratch the lenses.

A:Its soft and does not scratch the lenses

Q:Does it activate the proximity sensor and turn the Quest on which drains the battery?

A:Not that I have noticed.

Q:Will this work with Quest 2?

A:Yes this works perfectly with the Quest 2, i bought mine and its a life saver, i dont have to worry about my lenses getting scratched when i pack everything away in my carrying case.
